6.2 Every subscription is limited to a single user.

6.3 You are responsible for all use of the Content made by you or by any other person by means of your ID, and for preventing any unauthorized use of your ID.

Article VII - Subscription Levels, Charges and Payment

7.1 The Association may at any time offer more than one level or type of subscription and may make different Content and services available according to the level acquired; the applicable level will be made clear to you at the time of acquisition. The Association reserves the right to vary the Content, the services and any subscription level at any time.

7.2 Differing payment terms and subscription lengths may be offered and will be made clear to you at the time you subscribe.

7.3 You shall provide complete and accurate payment information and shall pay at the rates prevailing on the date of your subscription. By submitting card payment details you warrant that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using them.

7.4 If timely payment or payment authorization is not received, or if any authorization is subsequently cancelled or refused, the Association may forthwith terminate your subscription or suspend your access to the Content.

7.5 All charges are made in US dollars. Applicable taxes may also be payable by you.

Article VIII - Commencement, Renewal, Cancellation and Termination

8.2 Unless you notify the Association prior to the expiry of your annual subscription period that you do not wish to continue, the subscription shall renew for a further year, and the renewal shall be charged to the card or other payment method previously used.

8.3 Save as provided in Article 8.1, you have no right to cancel your subscription, in whole or in part, before the end of the subscription period then current. 9.3 The Association bears no responsibility for any use of Content by you that falls outside the scope of the Agreement, and accepts no liability to you in respect of the Content or the website where no subscription fee has been paid by you.

9.4 No undertaking is given as to the availability, quality, security, completeness or accuracy of the Content or the website, or that either is free of viruses or similar matter.

9.5 The Association will endeavour to develop the Content and operate the website with reasonable skill and care and will use reasonable efforts to remedy any fault of which it becomes aware. This constitutes its sole undertaking concerning the Content and the website.

9.6 The Content is furnished for general information and use only and is not intended to address the particular requirements of any user.
